The NCPSL was established in 1994 with its Headquarters at Vadodara as an Autonomous body (under the Societies Registration Act, 1860) under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Education. Government of India for implementing the schemes as per the following objectives and functions connected with the development and propagation of Sindhi Language.
